Service Description

For clients in B/CS, most of our appointments are home visits. We want you to be comfortable and practice breastfeeding in your own environment. Don't worry about cleaning up, we have kids too and we know life gets busy! A home visit generally lasts about 1 hour, depending on how cooperative baby is and how many questions you have. During your visit, we will discuss your concerns and take a brief medical history. Then, with a focus on your areas of concern, we will perform any necessary infant or maternal exams, help with latch or pumping, and work with you to develop a plan for moving forward. Following the appointment, you will receive a care plan via email summarizing the topics we discussed and we'll stay in touch to continue answering questions as they come up.
