Covid-19 Policy

We are committed to keeping the families we serve and our own families safe in this challenging time. We will adjust our policies as needed based on local case counts and available research.

Provider Responsibilities

  • We will self screen for symptoms daily

  • We will use proper PPE (mask, gloves)

  • We will disinfect any equipment such as infant scales between clients

  • We will hand sanitize before entering your home, and wash hands before touching mom or baby

Client Responsibilities

  • You will inform us of any symptoms of illness in yourself or any other household member or visitors

  • You will notify us of any known Covid-19 exposure in the previous 14 days

  • You will wear a mask during the visit

Alternatives Available

  • If you are uncomfortable having us in your home, have had recent Covid-19 exposure, are currently experiencing symptoms, or would prefer not to wear a mask, we are available to meet via secure video chat, or to work with you through emails.

Exposure Notification

  • We will notify you if we learn we were exposed to a known Covid-19 case in the 10 days before your appointment, or if we test positive for Covid-19 in the 7 days after your appointment.  This notification will be by email.

  • You should notify us if you learn you were exposed to a known Covid-19 case in the 10 days before your appointment, or if you test positive for Covid-19 in the 7 days after you appointment. This notification can be made to any member of our team.
